2013 marked the 28th year of issue for the Silver Eagle. But this issue is particularly special for a number of reasons!  First is the 'S' mint provenance. These coins were struck at the San Francisco Mint, verified by NGC by the yellow straps on the sealed monster box that they were submitted in.  San Francisco Silver Eagles are about ten times rarer than their West Point counterpart, since the West Point Mint is the designated producer of Silver Eagles, with other mints joining in only occasionally. However, when San Francisco does chip in, they are usually producing proofs or other special issue. These special San Francisco strikes were made in response to a high demand in 2013, leading to an "emergency production.  Doubly important is the hand signed label from John Mercanti, engraver of the Silver Eagle.  Just 100 MS69s have been graded in this special label, making it a truly remarkable release!  Add yours today while you still can!

All returned orders may be subject to quality, authenticity and originality tests by CoinsTV testing facility or by a third party authorized by CoinsTV. Upon the explained test(s) results, nondefective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
