The 1910 $2.50 Indian Head Gold Coin is a striking example of early 20th-century American coinage, embodying both artistry and historical significance. Graded MS61 by PCGS, this coin is in mint state, uncirculated condition all of its original detail and luster, with only the slightest hints of wear visible on its highest points.

Designed by the renowned sculptor Bela Lyon Pratt, the Indian Head series broke away from traditional coin design by featuring a recessed, or incuse, engraving, rather than a raised relief. The obverse of the coin showcases a proud Native American chief in full headdress, a powerful symbol of the nation’s heritage. The reverse features a majestic bald eagle perched confidently on a bundle of arrows and an olive branch, representing both strength and peace.
