DISAPPOINTED! The 156 wheat pennies were, at best, in good condition and their worth by the Handbook of United States, The Official Blue Book is .02 per penny = $3.12. There was an 1847 Large Cent which was nice and in fine condition for its age. The Blue Book price for that condition is $35. So, I paid $96.95 plus $15.20 s/h for $38.12 worth of pennies. Very poor value for what I paid. Plus, there were no wheats in the 1909 through 1929 years, but there were 26 1958D pennies... by far the most of any single year. Very strange.
What would have made me happy was had you included another Large Cent and a few wheats from 1909 through 1929.
By comparison, about 8 years ago I purchased a bag of wheats from Publisher's Clearing House for $29.95 plus $5 s/h. There were pennies from 1910 to 1958, not every year, but 1910's through the 1920's were included. Their value was far greater than yours. Plus, I could read the dates on their Steel cents. I could not on your Steel cents. Just Disappointed.
The pound bag held 13.06 ounces of silver and you charge over $65.00 dollar over silver price per ounce.
I didn't have high expectations, and I wasn't disappointed. 85%+ were from the 50's, couple of dozen from the 40's. Maybe 10 from the 30's - 10's. No hidden gems. The saving grace was a large cent from 1853. I understand it's a risk and a gamble. It is what it is but it is unlikely I would purchase again.
I really didn't think that they are collectors quality the coins that I received are in very bad condition
This roll had 4 rusty steel cents and the rest was wheat cents from the mostly the 50s, some were of the 40s. No Indian Head or BU Gems. I don't think this was a purchase worth the money spent. I will not be buying another.
Beautiful peace Dollars. One to be graded
I was very u Happy with this set i had 1 coin 1930 everything else was in the 40s and 50s.
I ordered 3 boxes. I received $55.00 of non tradable{horrible condition}!! I will never deal with COIN TV AGAIN!!
Great variety and great varying degrees of condition as well as large sense half sense 2 cents pieces you never know what you're going to get definitely worth the money it's an exciting adventure every time you get a bag.
Most all of them were from the 50's, no Indian heads, and maybe 15 bu's out of 3 rolls. Very disappointed in this last batch
quite pleased with my purchase. got a good number of indian head pennies.
Great price for a signed MS70
I was told the pennies would all be about uncirculated. But they were all Brown.\nVery disappointed
i bought a half pound as my first purchase of pennies by the pound. i was super excited to find indian head(s) and or large cent(s) along with the wheat pennies. instead, i got 74 wheat pennies. no bu's. no indian heads. no large cents. i got 74 circulated wheat pennies with the oldest one being 1930. i cant express how disappointed i was after hearing all the comments during eric miller's shows from people who bought these about how many indian and large cents they found and then opening a bag with 1 1/2 rolls of common circulated wheat cents. at 66 cents per coin, i don't know if i will ever try these again. to me, the 3 corn husker rolls i bought at the same time were a much better value (33 cents per coin) and i will probably buy those again.
First this is my first purchase and to start with I love the cool box
Mostly wheat pennies, got one steel penny that was so corroded you couldn't see any image on it. Also got a nice wheat penny that is very shiny. It was nice to look through but I don't think it was worth the money.
These rolls are in excellent condition. I plan on purchasing more to complete the entire set!
I was advised, by CoinTV, rolls are distributed randomly per order.
