Step back in time and own a remarkable piece of American history with this 1943 Lincoln Steel Penny Collection—a tribute to ingenuity and sacrifice during World War II. Issued for just one extraordinary year, these iconic coins tell the story of a nation rallying its resources to support the war effort. With copper urgently needed for ammunition and military equipment, the U.S. Mint innovated by producing pennies from low-grade carbon steel, coated in zinc to guard against rust. The result? A coin unlike any other in American numismatics.

This distinctive collection brings together five authentic 1943 Steel Pennies, offering a complete look at this historic issue. You’ll receive one coin from the Philadelphia Mint (no mint mark), one from Denver and one from San Francisco (both with mint marks), plus two crisp views of the classic Wheat reverse—a beloved emblem of American coinage.

Each coin is securely mounted under a crystal-clear polymer, beautifully displayed in a sleek black-finished wood frame with an easel back—perfect for desk or shelf display. A Certificate of Authenticity is included, confirming the genuine nature of these wartime relics.

Celebrate American resilience and craftsmanship with this eye-catching, historically significant set—a must-have for collectors, history enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a conversation-starting gift.
