Elevate your US coinage collection with the official 1968 United States Uncirculated Mint Set, a classic staple of mid-century American numismatics. Issued during a pivotal era in US minting history, this set offers collector-grade examples of every circulating coin denomination produced that year. It serves as a must-have time capsule for both seasoned collectors and those beginning their silver stacking journey.

Each set comes housed in its original Treasury Department packaging, sent directly from the historic United States Assay Office in San Francisco. Marked with the crisp "1968—U.C." designation on the pristine white envelope, it provides authentic historical provenance that collectors actively seek out. Preserved in non-PVC protective pliofilm packs, these coins remain in brilliant uncirculated condition just as they were issued over five decades ago.

The highlight of this collection is the 1968-D Kennedy Half Dollar, crafted with 40% fine silver content. As one of the few remaining silver issues from this era, it represents a valuable precious metal asset embedded within a complete year set. Alongside the half dollar, you will receive pristine examples of the quarter, dime, nickel, and cent from both active producing mints.

Organized by mint location, the set features distinct blue and red cellophane borders for easy identification. The blue-bordered sleeve contains the Philadelphia and San Francisco strikes, while the red-bordered sleeve holds the Denver issues. Complete with official Treasury token inserts, this vintage assembly brings exceptional visual appeal and historical depth to any portfolio.
