Celebrate the beauty of remembrance with the 2026 Canadian Maple Leaf – Sugar Skulls Edition, a captivating collectible that blends the iconic Canadian maple leaf with the vibrant artistry of Mexico’s Día de los Muertos. Inspired by a tradition that honors loved ones who have passed, this extraordinary release tells a story of life, love, and memories that transcend generations.

The obverse features a striking withered Canadian maple leaf, symbolizing the passage of time and the fleeting nature of life. Behind it, four colorful sugar skulls, blooming marigolds, and festive patterns bring the design to life, creating a beautiful contrast between fading nature and the enduring spirit of remembrance.

On the reverse, King Charles III receives a playful Día de los Muertos-inspired transformation, dressed in festive Mexican-themed attire. This imaginative interpretation adds personality to the iconic royal portrait while delivering a meaningful reminder that what truly lasts is the legacy and memories we leave behind, regardless of status or background.

Adding to its collectible appeal, each coin arrives in a protective capsule with a custom Sugar Skulls collector sleeve, which also serves as its Certificate of Authenticity. Decorated with ornate floral patterns, colorful sugar skulls, and papel picado accents, the presentation perfectly complements the coin's vibrant cultural inspiration.
